Post 2007 328xi front right circumferential velocity

My father is working on 2007 328xi, and a front right circumferential velocity error came up on his foxwell tester. He bought a new wheel speed sensor and replaced the front right sensor. When putting the wheels back on the car, he noticed that the front right wheel moves horizontally, and isn't solid like the rest of the wheels. Which leads him to believe it may have something to do with the wheel bearing. He put all the wheels on and went for a test drive only for the car to shut off around 100 feet of driving. He did a scan and it came up with the same results as before. He hypothesizes that it has something to do with the front right wheel being wobbly (being able to move it horizontally).
