n54 Port Injection rail fuel leak

Hello,

It's been a while since I posted, hope everyone's doing well.

I just ran into an issue on my n54 e92 with my PI setup recently. It's been about 10 years since I set it up so just for maintenance wise I decided to replace them with new ones. These are the ev14 injectors that are all flow matched. The new ones are now leaking at the rail connection.

I'll list the mods related to this issue:

fuel it stage 3 lpfp
VTT/FF intake manifold w/PI
PI controller Haltech PS1000

When I installed the new injectors, I made sure to lube the o rings up with some silicone lubricant. Everything seemed to have went smoothly. However, when I turn my key fob on for the fuel pump to prime, that's when the fuel leaks through all the injectors, not just 1. I removed the PI rail again to inspect everything but nothing seemed wrong to me. The injectors sat on the rail properly and felt solid. Any idea's?...
