Does anyone know if the Mediterranean Blue on a 2016 Alpina B6 is the same exact color as Alpina Blue?

No, it's not.

Alpina Blue and Alpina Green are their own colours. You could have an Alpina in standard BMW colour but not the other way round, as far as I know.

Mediterranean is also quite darker than Alpina Blue.
