Where does this connector plug in?

From underneath the throttle body out of the wiring harness junction box it has three pins exposed and the wires are blue orange and yellow with a green moisture seal...

That looks like the crankshaft sensor connector. The sensor is hidden below the starter motor. Only problem is, the connector is broken in half. Those pins shouldn't be exposed like that, so you may have blown fuse 2 or 3 in the ebox fuse holder.
