That looks a little different from the US models, but I'd say no, it doesn't have a gasket. From the pic it looks like the pipe end is formed after the flange so it's probably some sort of inverted flare that fits into the other pipe for the seal, and there's a step on the flange for clearance of the form. The flanges just pull
the ends together. Clean it up, put a sealant on it (somebody on here used some sort of exhaust gasket sealant for the turbo/downpipe/exhaust connections...seemed like a good idea), tighten top and bottom bolts a little at time till spec and see if works...good luck!
