Help reading fuel trims

Hello, when weather is really hot I have some issues starting the car. I suspect bad injectors or sparkplugs.
This are the fuel trims I got with a small OBDII scanner.

I found a post where people were talking about MAF sensor or vacuum leak as well. I take it you have a N52 engine at least those injectors aren't expensive.
