DIY: Front Brake Caliper Guide Pin Won't Come Off

Hi Guys,
I just bought a 2010 M3 and plan to do a brake change (rotor/pad) in the front.

However, I've run into a problem when I was trying to take off the caliper guide pin/caliper bracket bolts (22 ft lb- 7mm Hex). The one in the top come off easily, but the one in the bottom never did. It keeps turning with similar friction to both direction.

I spend over 5 minutes and got stuck (can't get it neither tighten up nor loosen). Looking from the outside, the pin/bolts doesn't look like it is striped. Now the caliper is stuck on the car and I am wondering what should I do at this moment? Do I need a new caliper bracket? If so, what should I do to take the old part off from the car? Thanks!
