Hello,
I have faulty glow plugs relay, since i cant go to official dealer i went to local bmw mechanic and he said that with relay i need to change glow plugs too, is this true?

The main problem is that car is making exhaust backpressure (whistling like turbo is damaged) and by what they say the car wont start regeneration nor naturaly nor forced because glow plugs help regeneration procces.
