How to polish the grill

My horizontal flats in the grill are getting swirled up and I was wondering if anyone encountered this issue and what tools I would need to polish it. (Really only by hand because I don't have a polisher and I'm not sure if it could even fit in such a tight area)

Also, if anyone is familiar with car-pro essence plus and if that would be a good solution.

My M4 arrived several months before my pressure washer, so during that time I utilized a detailing brush to clean the slats of winter muck. By the end of that period, my grille slats had numerous superficial swirls. I used my RUPES Bigfoot Nano polisher (2" fine polishing pad) and CarPro Essence to bring back the slats to as-new condition. A 5- or 10-minute task, tops, with the right tools .
