Stained steering emblem, replacement possible?

Car prayer went south, emblem got stained with something red they put on it during the prayer. Thankfully the front emblem was fine.

Tried cleaning with water, then some maguire detail spray, but no luck, ended up scratching it a bit though!

Any way to replace or clean these better than I have tried? I'm reading here its part of the airbag so hard to replace?

Will probably try the dealership next week to find if they have any options.

Did try an all purpose cleaning spray that didn't help either. Don't have a steamer, do you mean just one for laundry and stuff? Wonder if just hot water may help?

Something like a Gyeon All Purpose with Mr. Clean and some steam. If that doesn't work I'll suggest getting BMW Vinyl overlay on ebay

Save you a lot more because you of to change out the airbag!

I've something similar to this stain on the engine cover emblem, same circumstances in getting the stain.
