Sport Wheel and Air Bag?

I am swapping a 335i Sport wheel into my 2011 328xi. The Sport wheel is from a 2011 car. My question is, do you need a specific year air bag for the Sport wheel? Or are all the circular ones the same?

My car has multifunction buttons and is heated. The Sport wheel has multifunction buttons and is heated as well.

Yup, any sport package airbag will work. Keep in mind, there was a recall for all of them. So if you can find one that has had the recall performed that would be ideal. Most used ones on eBay haven't had it done. Best bet is buy a new one or get it from an enthusiast who actually did the recall in the past.
