2AAF and 2FDB shadow codes, anything to worry about?

Car runs fine but getting these two shadow codes, no CEL.

2AAF DME:Fuel Pump, plausibility.
2FDB Crankshaft Sensor, signal: not plausible.

I checked the forums up and down, found some threads but nothing solid.

Any idea what these shadow codes mean?

I've been getting the same 2FDB shadow code with no driveability issues too... It seemed to have happened ever since I updated the MHD app and flashed a map.

I too noticed these after MHD update to v8.0, first the 2AAF and now 2FDB.

any updates on this? getting 2fdb -Crankshaft signal not plausible,

and getting stumbles or hesitation when cruising, Al's only in cold starts I'm getting small misfires new everything, injectors, plugs, coils except for the vanos solenoids and crankshaft sensor

MHD v8 maps are a no-no.

First Flash v7.1 or v9, then clear codes and recheck

2AAF can be ignored if HPFP and LPFP are fine (HPFP stays at 1500psi or more and LPFP stays above 50Psi WOT)

Have you had Walnut blasting done?

Did I miss something? Are there issues with the v8 maps? I have the same shadow codes as well.

Interesting I don't follow to closely...Searched for MHD v.8 issues and didn't come up with anything. Will reflash with v.9 and see how it does.

I've seen it reported by users way back , probably not in dedicated threads, MHD also updated to V9 shortly afterwards.

yes i got a walnut blast done about 4k miles ago,
new hpfp OEM from bmw, stage 2 lpfp
I'm not flashed have jb4 installed but not on

So your using MHD and JB4 is turned off?

If so, flash v7.1 or v9 stage 1 and do a Datalog. Or alternatively if your on stock map with MHD, then Datalog.

Make sure LPFP and HPFP, STFT and LTFT, Lambda are logged.

I have solved this issue by flashing back to stock then reflash your tune!
