Emissions Question

Can anyone tell me if my completely stock, 03/2007 build date, e92 335i meets the European emissions standard EU4? This is the only thing that stands between me registering my car under the German motor vehicle system. The lights, seat belts, etc. all meet the European requirements. The TUV inspector said that BMW must provide him a certificate stating that the complete exhaust system, cats, pipes, O2 sensors, etc. meet this EU4 standard. Any help from anywhere, is greatly appreciated, but a BMW tech with specific knowledge would be the best source. Thanks for looking.
