Hey All,


I have an issue with check engine. With insta the error code is
4bc2 Air mass

The error has been with me since I bough the car but on older dde firmware it didn't bring check engine light.


So far I have the following done

DPF is removed
egr + egr cooler removed
Car is updated to dde 2015 firmware
2nd stage remap
Maf replaced with new Vemo then further replaced with new Hitachi which is the oem. (Adaptation reset)
Map sensor had a problem and was replaced with new Febi (I also have Hella in the box)
Exhaust back pressure replaced.
All vacuum pipes replaced.

Next:
Temp sensor for charge pipe (available and not installed).
To be honest I was thinking leak test but I already have replaced Air Filter Pipe Hose so unless something else is leaking.



Additionally:
Turbo is not in the best condition but still works. There is a whistle. I know that intake inlet side compressor wheel is a bit tired. The rag it ate didn't help lol.

Hey mate,

Thanks for an idea. I removed them as a first thing when I got the car . I will take a look at it tomorrow as I can't remember how it was done as I left it in garage.
