aftermarket tune on dinan??

i know this is silly question and probably never happen in real world but...

do you guys think if someone get v3 or any other tune on the vehicle with dinan software upgrade, it will make any effect on it? i was just wondering if it will over-ride either one, make any contribution to the power, or totally destroy both with CEL and such...

as i said, i know this is silly but couldn't help...

oh well... hahaha...
