FS: 2011 335i Sport Package 6M/T with 129k miles (NJ)
Hey all, Meet White Lighting! White Lightning is a 2011 335i with sport package, cold weather package and satellite radio. I'm the 2nd owner and have had it since August 2014 and just shy of 28k miles. It now has about 129,020 miles on it but I still drive it occasionally. I have clean title in hand. I've taken meticulous care of the car and have a detailed record of all maintenance and repairs (see link to google sheet). Mechanically it's in great shape. I've repaired and replaced a lot of the usual issues that these cars are known to have including expensive stuff like valve cover, water pump & t-stat, OFHG. Clutch is strong and the car drives great. Interior is very clean. It could use the following: - Rear main seal has a minor leak. I lost less than 1/2 quart over 1 year and ~10k miles so no need to top off between oil changes. A can of liquid moly oil saver additive may be enough to fix it. - Car has a long crank after sitting a while, possibly the starter (replaced at 84k miles) or a cam shaft or crank shaft sensor. I never fully diagnosed this. - Front bumper has several scrapes from road debris, I have a tube of BMW touch up paint I'll include. - The silver trim bit from lower passenger side vent is missing. - Typical exterior wear and tear for a 10+ year old car. Car has a Dinan Stage 2 ECU tune (much less aggressive than COBB or other piggyback tunes), Dinan short shift kit, BMW performance shift knob, BMS clutch stop and 3M tint (25% all around except the windshield). Tasteful mods with everyday drivability was the goal. I have a second set of 18" rims with Blizzak WS-80 tires that can be negotiated with the sale as well as an OEM BMW roof rack (load bars only). The rims are painted with "vintage gold" plasti-dip which can be removed. One of the winter rims is discolored from being straightened, hence the plasti-dip. I've loved this car for the past 8 years but I've found a nice F80 M3 to upgrade to, so it's time to let White Lighting go. I hope she goes to a good home where she will be appreciated for the great car she is and still get revved up every once in a while.
