Passport BMW: Dave Kochba, Great Experience!

I had reserved my 330i Jet Black while it was still on the water. Dave Kochba from Passport BMW in Upper Marlboro, MD went above and beyond in making sure that my car was pristine condition and un-manhandled.

He literally took the keys away from all the dealers and made sure nobody test drove it or even sat in it. My car had 2 miles and every single plastic covering on it when I picked it up. This is how I like my cars. If I am going to spend 40k+ on a brand new car, it better be "brand new!"

He gave me free floormats and tire valvecaps.

He also is arranging a time when I can come back to wash and wax the car and buff out a scratch I found the day I got it.

Great Service. Highly recommended.
