Misfire #4 cylinder?
I have a 2016 X5 50i. I am currently getting a couple fault codes:
140010 140001 140410 140002 140402 All having to do with misfires and shutting down #4 cylinder injector. I have replaced Plugs, Coils, and Injectors, but still getting the same codes. When connected to ISTAI+ it shows DME2 with a fault code, but DME controls cylinder #4. I believe there is a problem with the spark trigger coming from the DME, but I am unsure of which one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA |

I'm working from my phone here and having g trouble posting a picture of ISTA results. All plugs, coils, and injectors have been replaced, with no change in symptoms. The car will run fine for several minutes the show drive train malfunction and write the before mentioned codes.
The first time this happened, I cleared the code and car ran fine for approximately 300 miles. After replacing Plugs, coils, and injectors it ran fine for almost 100 miles. Now it will idle for around 10-15 minutes then fault. |
