Xenon Always On in auto position.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has the same problem as I do with my E92 Xenon. I leave the switch to the left position, (auto position) and my xenons always seem to be on. No matter if it is in the morning, in the light or at night, they always are on. I know something is wrong because there was one week where the auto xenon would work flawlessly, turn off in the daylight and turn on in the dark. Now it is back to being always on. Wonder if anyone has the same problem and how did they solve it.

Garage List
Do you have something blocking the light sensors behind your rearview mirror?

I don't think so. I don't have tags or anything hanged on the rearview mirror. I will check the sensor tomorrow or wipe it clean or something.

light sensor is right behind the mirror, this is different from the rain sensor on the windshield. also you can try switching the sensitivity to low.

Nice, I will try that, but how do you switch the light sensor sensitivity to low?

I have the same question. I know how to adjust the brightness of the dashboard lights but i've never seen a setting for light sensitivity adjustment.

Haha, i'm not talking about the day time running lamps. I'm talking more about the actual xenon headlights always on during the daytime in the auto position.

Hmm, i checked idrive, but doesn't seem to be an option to change sensitivity. Maybe its for an E90 only?
