fog light upgrade

I have a Jet Black sedan do you think I should go with yellow fogs or hoen xenonmatch ??

function over form. Get some nokya yellow bulbs that actually help disperse light through the fog.

We never really get fog down in FL, so I'd get the Hoens.

One other option are the Hyper White bulbs we carry. These will be more affordable than some of the brands you mentioned and achieve the same effect.
