Will a M235i engine fit in my 2013 bmw 335i pnuematic wastegate N55

My N55 engine is toast, my mechanic inspected the engine oil and found metal shavings(He says he never seen so much metal shavings in engine oil in his life!) anyway its gonna need a new engine/turbo.. I was wondering if i could replace my engine with a M235i N55. gonna have a good shop do it, they said they can do it but they didnt confirm that it will work out..
If any of you guys have done this or know if if this is possible please let me know!

A frend of mine tried.much better to keep to same version of engine
