Carbon 8 - M3 Style Hood - E90
So I'm considering getting the M3 style hood by Carbon 8, like this one on **********s, which is less than half the cost of a Vorsteiner hood! It comes in fiberglass and CF, but considering the CF is only $80 more, I'd much rather cough up the extra dough for greater durability. My only concern, really, is fitment. EOE90 installed the same one on his car, but the gap looked pretty big like it wasn't latched right and he never updated the pics after adjusting. I'm curious if anyone else has purchased/installed this and how you like it.

Thanks! Your car from what I see looks like it's pretty awesome too! Why not show me some pictures via e-mail or something? I'd like to see a full ride

Oh snaps.... I might have to jump on one of these... Makes the car look much more aggressive, I wonder how it would look on a E90 Mtech.

Nice! From lookin at EOE90's pics, the fitment looks a lot better than before. Very nice! My only dislike about it is the that the transition on the power dome is pretty abrupt. It's more of a slap in the face than a bulging suggestion like the gradual dome on the Vorsteiner hood. If I get this, I think I'm gonna go ahead and just paint it black. I've never been a big fan of flaunting carbon fiber, plus everything else on my car is black anyway. Although, James, that fade style is really nice. Kinda like you're peeking under beautiful woman's skirt :P
