Happy Ending to a stressfull story!
Well, rather than type out an essay, I'll just say the dealer stood at attention when I came to the dealership with my lawyer and the extension and personal number of a representative from BMWNA. I've ordered a brand new BMW, at a discount, with a full apology in written form from my dealer. I just want to say thank you to ALL the posters, and the quick and supportive response from all the local BMW CA's on the board! I appreciate all your help.
 BTW, I forgot to tell you guys what I ordered...it's similar to what I ordered before...just a tad faster.  I am now waiting for my E90 Jerez Black ///M3.  My CA felt so bad that he said I could take the M3 for a test drive while I waited for some paperwork to re-order my 335i, but after the drive, I couldn't resist. It is indeed a hefty price tag, but oh so worth it. Plus, I got an awesome deal. I got Jerez Black Metallic paint, Fox Red Extended Leather, Carbon Trim, Cold/Prem/Tech Packages, Enhanced Premium system, and Ipod. They threw in the 19' M wheels, and I walked out incl. tax and delivery @ $62k!!!!!!!  I didn't do much reading on the M3 before buying, but it MSRP'd at 66K before tax, and I got it at 62K with tax so I feel I did well. Here's to another 2 months of wait!  Thanks for all the help again guys.. you've been awesome! |

WOW BMW made it right! That thing sounds fully loaded! You definitely deserved the compensation after what you went through!

They should have done it right by you the first time instead of trying to screw you over like that. Anyways, congrats on the E90 M3 and that's an awesome deal.

Congrats! At the end of the day BMW has to ensure that its dealer network is representative of the product and that they don't act like shady scumbags to customers willing to fork out 50-70k for a car.
