Which mosfets for MSD80 ecu

I fried mine with a coil pack that wasn’t grounded and now I have code 30BB and a very very rough idle. Please can someone help. SIHB30N60E seems to CW recommended by bimmerprofs but I can’t find it in the uk. Is there a good alternative? Was planning to buy and take to an electronics repair shop.
