Locking wheel nuts
Apart from OEM ones what are the best locking wheel nuts out there. Mcgard are probably the most heard of but ive read bad stuff about them. so what are the others???
where can i get decent quality polished/chrome finished wheel nuts from? also any1 know what are the specifics for BMW nuts, like taper, length etc etc? thx |

I use Gorilla locks but they're not available here. Mine are black chrome and match the OEM lugbolts very well.
The lugbolts have a conical seat as opposed to a round, acorn shape; this is critical when selecting a replacement. The thread is 12x1.5 with a length of 25mm. Overall the OEM lugbolt is 50mm. The socket size is 17mm.
