Good link Frank.
Then if you're handy, there are two DIY's for installing the alarm yourself in the DIY list - http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1721

I got mine from Circle BMW in NJ, was $229. +shipping.
http://www.circlebmw.com/parts/acc.htm (just do an E90 series search) Might be alittle more than one you could get on Ebay, but I felt more comfortable buying from a dealer, no question as to whether its real. My dealer then only charged me $47.00 to activate it.

My SA did two paperwork's when I had my oem alarm initiated. The first was for updating the software of different modules to the current version & covered under warranty. The second was adding the software for the alarm to the system and my SA charged me $50.00 + tax. Overall, it took them 2 1/2 hrs to initiate the alarm & update the software of my Bimmer. |
