I had issues with my roof. Let the foam around the pump and solenoids dry then realised i had a bad relay. Dumb arse bought a generic 5 pin relay and blew the rear power distribution board. Removed the cover off the pump lead at the board and am pulling power from an open circuit. Also lubed all joints. Works wonders.
Did you guys maybe switch relay wires. I would think the symptoms you describe sounds like a timing issue on the solenoids. I can take a picture of my solenoid wiring if it helps.
