kinda upset....idk when am gettin my e92

i emailed my dealer today and he told me that he thinks that he might not be able to get me a 2008 allocation that he might have to go with a 2009 ..... so does that mean that my car wont go into production after the factory reopens in the end of august? so ill be getting my car when???

any comments are appreciated thanks

i really want my car soon!

ps i ordered it on june 29th

I think it's highly probable that at this stage that all the 08 allocations are used up. If you are unsure of that then try other dealers who can get you an 08 allocation. Just call up every dealer possible.

how do the dealers get an allocation by the way

do u have an idea by when i will get it if its a 09???

I don't know how dealer allocations are chosen but dealers can trade production slots with other dealerships. If you get an 09 allocation and its a September build date then all you have to do is find the production week and add one month to it so best case scenario is an October delivery.

i already gave a deposit... and everything i signed says 08... so dont you think that they would have to give me an 08???

If he was 100% sure he had an 08 allocation then you will probably get an 08. Just call and double check
