E93 320i break problem

On my way to work two weekes ago my far suddenly started to shake. I got so bad that I had to pull over and saw that the front break disc on passanger side was glowing. I threw some snow on it and kept driving to work. On my way home from work the car was fine, and it stayed that way untill today, when it suddenly started to shake more and more again, the break disc on the passanger side started to glow. But again, the car was fine again on my way home.

What is going on with my car!?

your brake calipers require the maintenane
the cylinder in them is clogged and do not return freely
