Oiling Forge DVs?

When should I oil the DVs? What oil should I use? How much should I apply and where? Have had them on almost 3000 miles now and thinking it's about time to maintence them. Also, how should I clean the filter on the UR CAI? Thanks.

Not sure about the Forge DVs. I just went over the install instructions and couldn't find anything on periodic maintenance. THe K&N question is easier...

first I hope you will use a quality synthetic grease (Mobile 1) and not "oil"...I have service mine in the past once a year if that helps. at least inspect them to make sure seals are nice and tight

i took my forge off the 1.8T after about 4 years and it was quite fine. needed nothing. threw it back on. 22psi every day. APR datalogger Mass air flow matched datalogs (against many other 1.8T's) was quite happy with the product. Really good product.
