Reason for sale:
I work from home full-time and it hardly gets driven (I drove the car 2k miles in the past 12 months). Also, I had plans to go PS2 turbo, but I have four kids and it’s time to make room for a big gas guzzler.

I’m a meticulous Aerospace/Mech Engineer and fiend for maintenance, so ALL Major Maintenance has been DONE between 90-95k miles:

- OEM Oil Filter Housing Gasket
- OEM Oil Pan Gasket (PITA for these cars)

Notes:
- I wrapped the interior (crappily) - can be removed for the wood grain
- front EBAY f30 lip is taken off for winter

- No TPMS on ESRs
- OEM parts with the car: air box, mirror caps
