BIG PROBLEM TODAY! JB2X and AA Speed De-Limiter
I had a forum member install the AA speed de-limiter for me yesterday. I already had JB2X installed with X at 50% and no R.
I filled up on gas yesterday as well at 76 gas station 91. I was driving today for about 20 minutes, temperature at 87 degrees. I am at a red light and when it turns green, i press the gas gently and All of a sudden the car JERKS like crazy maybe 10 times in a row. Then the car was going like 10MPH jerking alot, i was flooring it and it was still going 10mph jerking alot. Then all of a sudden it stopped and the car took off because i was flooring it, lol. it scared me badly. All in all it lasted about 40 seconds. Then i was still driving and lets say i am cruising at 40, all of a sudden it jerks and the car feels like it just slammed on the brakes and gased it again. but the car keeps going without stopping. i dont understand WTF is going on!!! i have no new codes. P.S. i also have BMS intake. I asked a few friends and they said it was either a loose wire in the de-limiter, or bad gas. your opinions please -Sam

Well, you can eliminate bad gas from the choices. Not even close to possible that bad gas would cause that, unless by bad gas you mean sand and mud that clogged the fuel lines.

I dont know what the problem is but the LAST thing I would be doing when something is wrong is flooring it.
#1 with modified cars, If it doesnt feel right get out of the gas ASAP. |

You're like 16 years old, why would you ever need a speed delimiter in Cali? That's just stupid IMO.

lol why are people talking about the morals and the purpose of the Speed De-limiter?
First of all my car does not have sport package and the speed limit is 135. Second, i am just asking for help on this problem, so i would appreciate if you could give that instead of judging the modification on the car. Third, what are you guys talking about needing a speed limiter in cali? I just like not having a limit set for me, so when in the future i decide to go to tracks or i am in a Salt Flat in the middle of the desert, i wont be limited. Thank you for some peoples help
