Lowering xdrive e92 with 219m wheels help

Hey all-

I have an 09 328xi e92 with a 219m wheel setup on it. I bought these wheels used and they do have mismatched tires with Continentals on the front and PSS in the rear. To my understanding PSS's run a bit wider than other tires? (Ik Ik I should make all the tires equal, currently waiting for these to wear out first)

I do not have any rubbing issues in the front but I do rub in the rear on large dips that really compress the suspension (amplified with passengers). Yes my fenders are slightly rolled but probably have more that I could get out of them.

With all that being said- my fitment is a monster truck in the front compared to the rear. I would say the rear fitment is pretty good as it is but the front kills it. I want to lower the car but with my rubbing issues, I am not too sure how I should do it without increasing it.

Do I need to ditch the PSS and go with another tire before I can lower?
Could my suspension at 65k miles be worn out enough that I can't just do springs and should do adjustable coils or a spring and shock combo?

Any suggustions are appreciated

*EDIT* Tire sizes are 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rear.
