Malware/ spamware remover for Mac OS

Does anyone know of any good Malware/ spamware/ virus removers for the Max OS X? I feel like my computer is carrying a few of each

No such a thing on mac.. You could try iDefrag. I had it but it didn't change much lol. If you keep putting stuff in your hard drive then ya your macs gonna slow down.

There isn't much malware written for OS X. Some trojans here and there, but definitely not as pervasive as Windows is. If you go to questionable sites, sure you might download Windows based malware and crap, but it will be useless and won't do anything to the computer besides take up HD space.
