ok im so confused. ..as how to clean my car.. everyone is mixing one thing with another and what not..so my question to get things straight is what kind of towel or whatever should I:
1)clean the car with. (when washing with soap, somthing that wont cause swirls)
2)Dry the car with. (something that won't cause swirls)
3)clean interior with. (wood trim,navi screen, air vents, etc)
4)apply leather conditioner with.
5)for applying that paste wax. and to wipe off that hazy residue from wax

1 MF wash mitt
2 MF waffle weave towels
3 MF towels 16 X 16"
4 same as #3
5a MF small "pillow" applicator
5b MF Ultra Plush towels

1. Sheep Skin Wool Mitt
2. MF Waffle Weave Towels
3. MF Towels
4. MF Towel
5. Paste wax? BARE HANDS, then wipe off with MF towels.
I don't use paste wax, so yeah.

what is MF??? if it is micro fiber...i thought that was just used for taking off that wax residue

Yeah, it's microfiber. I use MF towels for everything.

A fine synthetic fiber woven into lightweight, washable and breathable fabrics that hold shape extremely well.

The actual benefits are water capacity when drying, and the fact that it's harder to scratch the car's finish with these towels.

1. Sheepskin wool mitt
2. MF towels. Padding, don't wipe OR buy a leaf blower
3. You can use MF towels but only after you wash them once - otherwise, they tend to leave residue. You can just use plain cotton towels for this - you won't scratch anything.
4. MF towels or foam applicator
5. MF towels with no hemmed edges

If you have a Costco near you, they have MF in a bundle of 20 I think. Works great and I stop using everything else.

One other type of towel I'd suggest is a smaller waffle weave (16x16) for cleaning windows. A complete kit would consist of:

1 Sheepskin wool mitt (the ones from wally world are great)
2 Large Waffle weaves (silk edged)
2 Small Waffle weaves (silk edged)
6-10 MF in various colors - I prefer the "ultra plush" ones (silk edged)

I really like the MF quality from pakshak, but have also used some from autogeek.
