Selling a mint used BimmerTech PP86DSP. This is a super nice amp that's the no brainer solution if you want a plug and play upgrade for stock hifi.

Comes with BimmerTech's harness and bracket so it's literally a 10 minute install. Includes the USB to load new tune files as well.

Currently loaded with Nelson's e90 stock speakers tune but you can customize it to your liking or get a different tune file from them for free.

Great amp, but just purchased everything to do a Logic7 retrofit.

Curious why you are going this route. Do you think the Logic7 OEM system will be better sound quality than the Alphaone amp/DSP? Many of us actually go the other way so that we can use a DSP amp like the Alphaone.

Hard to say as sound is so subjective, but I had L7 with BavSound speakers in my first e90 and liked that sound the best of all the setups I've had. Didn't care for EPS/Individual at all. This amp to me sounds more balanced than the EPS but not as good as the L7.

Technic installed one of these with BavSound speakers and said it sounded better than L7 but I'm a set it and forget it kinda guy, I hate messing around with stuff, tuning amps, trying to find that perfect setup. I was happy with the L7 so the choice was easy for me.

Interesting. I currently have the L7 setup and also in a previous car had the Base system + Bavsound amp. The L7 sounds great all around, but could come to live a bit more. I would have assumed an amp upgrade for the L7 would have been the trick, but it seems you liked just the speaker upgrade. Did you feel the factory L7 amp was a good compliment to that?

Yes I thought it sounded fantastic and the L7 amp was plenty. I've heard of people doing JBL MS-8, etc. with factory L7 speakers and also claim that's way better than factory. I think a lot of it comes down to preference but this was one of my favorite systems I've ever heard.
