On top of winter gas and temps, once the 335i community gets a bit older and runs out of warranty, people will start having more fun with their cars... SO much of 2008's tuning was diagnostically limited that it was still a big step up from where it started. Basically it was a challenge just to rearrive at last year's numbers while making a tune that passes 81 and 29.2 yet turned out to be a much better tune i.m.o.

The top times were run this year. Just a few months ago in March.

just to find out that there are no "latest proceedings". Now when already more than half a year of 2008 has past, the best run this year is in position 15! The 14 best times are from 2007!

Considering that in 2007 the cone filters, downpipes and intercoolers as supporting mods were quite rare, I think we can safely say that the development for some reason has halted totally, if not even gone backwards...

Any ideas?
