Oil leak

Oil leak! I just replaced the valve cover and gasket although I stripped one bolt so a screw isn't fully in and another I helicoiled but it isn't up to torque specs. Any ideas if this could be from the valve cover gasket or somewhere else? The photo was taken after a 2 minute drive home.

Also white smoke would come from the car within a minute or 2 of it turning on coming from the engine bay.
