Offset is 35. They are for E36, E46 and E90.

are these miros? the spokes seem different..
could be the camera angle/lense

No, they don't look like Miro reps. The lip and barrel appear black, instead of gun metal/gray. And the indentation for the M emblem looks odd in the top pic. That may be a reflection, or an attempt to make it look like an indentation? The hole for the valve stem doesn't even look centered between the spokes of the wheel.

I thought that E90's have different offset then E46's, how can they fit both?
