320i 2009 fault headlamp high beam (type halogen)

hello everyone!!
i have a trouble with headlamp high beam
module FRM (damaged) not operate with high beam , low beam and the rest of the lights are still working normally
when I replace the new FRM I copy the program from VVDI to a new FRM but still have the above situation.. the problem on the car is not solved,, I think the problem is related to the software in the FRM module.. the module is still recognized signal is normal but headlight still not working..
If I use E SYS coding again, will it solve the problem???
and how to read on E Sys which program shows that the car is equipped with a halogen headlight lamp !!
I am afraid that the FRM box has been affected by someone before in the program!
Thank you so much everyone!!!
