Single turbo possible boost leak??

Hello everyone

Recently installed a On3 single turbo kit.

I'm using MHD boost control with a 3 port mac solenoid.
I'm currently using a VSRacing 44mm wastegate with a base spring of 10.5 PSI.
The thing is, I can't reach more than 8.5 psi. I hade some leaks on my silicone couplers around charge pipe pre-intercooler that I fixed. Everything is tight now. After fixing that, I briefly hit 14 psi and the car fell right on it's face again at 8.5 psi. What should I look out for next? I am very lost. I juste need ideas at this point

Thank you

I've attached a log also for you guys to look at, you can see the boost hitting 12 and falling on its face.
