07’ N52 Starting Engine after Storage Oil Prime Necessary?

My 328i with n52 engine has been sitting and hasn’t been started for about 9 months. Is it necessary to prime the engine with oil before attempting to start engine? If so, are there clear instructions available anywhere?

I don’t think 1 year old gas in the tank should be much of an issue, but if it is any advice is appreciated.
