water pump headache

I did all of the checks to see why my water pump isn’t working. First I noticed I heard the coolant boiling so I tested the water pump from inside the car it never turned on.
I have checked all of the fuses in the glovebox aswell as the power distribution box. The only thing that I am questioning is the 40amp fuse under the hood for the F07 fuse location. I read online that non turbo post 2007 production cars should have a 50 amp fuse in this location. Is that correct?
Car also has no codes. Anyone have ideas where to check/ test?
Best

Well that’s what I’m trying to figure out it’s a new car and I haven’t driven it much or at all really so I’m trying to figure out if it is bad or a wiring thing. I replaced a lot of electrical stuff when I bought the car. I’m getting no codes which is why I’m confused

I don't see which car it is, can you post that? If it is the electric water pump it is most likely bad, they just go bad around 60K miles.
