2010 320d auto issue

Hi all

I have a 2010 LCI 320d auto with 124k on it

The gearbox is behaving badly. It jerks a lot in-between gear changes, especially at lower speeds or lower acceleration
Sometimes the change in gear feels like a heavy jolt

I had the box serviced last month and it settled down for a couple of weeks but now it's back to how it was.

Where do I start looking ? Is it the box itself that is bad ?

If I drive a bit harder it changes better

When you say serviced, what was actually done?

As far as I know, it was a fluid change and filter change. I paid £495 to my local BMW indie garage for a gearbox service that's all I know
