Check engine light

I drive a 2009 BMW 335D. I made the mistake of pressure washing under my hood and the next day or two I was given a handful of codes. Two glow plug codes for cylinder 3 and 5, and 4 sensor codes for my reductant tank. I assume what happened was I soaked a relay or some fuses that are causing all these codes. He attempted lookijg for an unplugged sensor in the engine bay or cut wires or anything like that and had no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated
