Lucky day...
Got lucky today. Replaced a broken large DISA valve a few months ago and thought I got all the pieces. Apparently my old eyes missed this.

To be honest, I've tested a lot of disa valves, and every unit fail after certain amount of km's. Finally I've solved the breaking pin problem with designing my own shaft with gear made of stainless steel. I've done some reverse engineering, and since mounting I've done 25 000km and still have no problem with valves. The gear shaft is the same for both small and big disa valve, so one shaft can solve both problems

Thanks! I was working on that solution for couple of months - I have tried 3D printing gears with steel shafts, but there is big rotating torque, a lot of stress directly on gears and every plastic was breaking quickly. I will check with my machine shop and I will come back to you with information, but I think it won't be very expensive probably something around 100$ per unit. Both disa valves are using the same design, except that small one has only shorter circular part of the shaft from the top. Installation is just plug and play.
