How do I bring back that soft touch to Vernasca leather?

I am in idiot and conditioned my front seats on my PO not knowing that conditioner does absolutely nothing to these seats. Now I am left with a shiney, rough feel that I cant seem to get off.
Did I just destory my seats?

This was about two weeks ago, and over time the shine and roughness have become softer, but whatever reason washing these seats do nothing.

I noticed the back seats have a smoother, plusher touch and now my front seats have a firm, rougher texture to them.

I would try Gyeon Q2M leather cleaner strong to remove the conditioner. It should return the leather to its natural finish.
