E90 330XD M57, manual, hard to start
So recently my car developed an issue where the starter turns for a split second and stops, almost as if the battery was dead. It has a recently rebuilt alternator and battery is healthy. It happens a few times and then starts as normal.
But the last time it did that i had 4x4 error and a service light on when i turned on the ignition. Cranked for a split second. The second time it crancked but didn’t start. I saw for a second thet it threw some sort of amber error for a fuel pump. Once it starts it runs like normal, even at hard acceleration. I’m leaning towards some electrical issues going on. Any tips where should i start is greatly appreciated. |

Did manage to get it fixed, turned out there was no power coming into the ECU. The small power cable from the trunk was rotten at a connection point at the wheel well
