Help with sport seat swap

Hey guys

I have a 2011 e91 that I just bought sport seats for to swap out the old powered non-sport seats.

Supposedly the sport seats are also from 2011 and are powered

A few issues I need help that I have run into:

The passenger seat's harness attaches properly however, the forwards and backwards switch and the leaning forward and backwards switch works temporarily when first attached but stops sending power after not using it for a few seconds.

How do i fix this?

Second issue is that the seat's seatbelt attachment don't align with my previous seats and I have been under the impression that this swap should have been straight forward.
Photo 1 is my current non-sport seat's seatbelt attachment point

Photo 2 is the sport seats I am wanting to put into my car.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I am at a complete loss as on what to do here.

Garage List
Those looks like E92 seats so the seatbelt bracket is not the same as E90/91.

You bought seats from a coupe? Seat belts aren't going to work.

I have seen it somewhere before where someone put coupe seats in a sedan and they just drilled the metal plate to mount the seatbelt.

I ended up doing that and it worked perfectly, the seatbelt is locked in place nicely now
