Getting M-tech kit painted?

Where do people get this bumper (or the whole kit) painted for a good price? I got an estimate from a local shop for $600 just to paint the rear bumper. Is that average or do people have better recommendation?

Also is it easy to install the bumper by myself? I havent seen a DIY so far.

I have an E90 335i.

Thanks.

Price sounds a little high. I just paid $400, and even that's high...
